Forming in early 2004, Stab exploded onto the Australian Hardcore scene and quickly made a name for themselves as a force to be reckoned with. Playing interstate and recording their first EP almost immediately, these Canberra boys cast off the shackles of being a small time band to establish a presence throughout the nation. Despite the lack of gnarly wailing on Alex’s part, this short coming is rectified by the man possessed, Murph, on his flaming axe of glory and the brutal vocals of Rush. Having been compared to such greats as Slayer, Iron Maiden and early Mindsnare, A Stab in the Dark never disappoint. (Bio by dedicated merch bitch of havoc xNickx).
